Immersive Yoga

Yoga Treats for You

July 27,  Oct 12,  Dec 7

Tythe Barn 1330-1630

Immersive Yoga is  luxury for the soul.  When we dive into an immersive we make a choice to take a longer time to adjust, relax, reset and to focus into some of the main issues, that may be repetitive, and that show up in our life,  causing pain and concern anxiety or depression.  Bringing concerns to an immersive allows the luxury of time to explore the comfort of our best loved practices and to go deeper, for longer. This is the win-win of being more present to show up for our deeper needs and to be aware of change as it unfolds revealing the greatest gift of our yoga practice.

Lo
nger sessions are essential for deeper development of Loving Kindness on the path of self-care. They help us embrace  an Attitude of Gratitude and notice how this helps to  cool the mind and soothe the heart while bringing comfort to the body.  Gratitude, the key to welcoming positive change.  For more on Gratitude, see Yoga Virtues on  Blog News

I find longer classes helpful.
At first I doubted  whether
I could do it for four hours.
Kathryn re-assured me
that the pace is entirely up me.
I like the feeling of being at ease with my own body and able to monitor it calmly and peacefully.

Lisa

I have been on weeklong as well as weekend retreats with Kathryn and what I gain from this immersive approach  helps re-set not just how my body feels but also allows time to enjoy  the process of the discombobulated mind
finding equilibrium

Morgan

Immersives help boost confidence and have improved my focus.
By the end of the session
my mind is calm and I feel at peace.
It  is very rare to be able to
sense and feel and adjust myself from moment to moment.
It's empowering.
