Immersive Yoga is  luxury for the soul.  When we dive into an immersive we make a choice to take a longer time to adjust, relax, reset and to focus into some of the main issues, that may be repetitive, and that show up in our life,  causing pain, concerns, anxiety or depression.  Bringing our full attention to an immersive allows longer to explore the comfort and challenges of some of our best loved practices and to go deeper. This is the win-win of being present and  showing up  for all our whilst being aware as they change. Joy!  This is the  greatest gift of our yoga practice.
